What to Give the Yogi on Your Holiday List? More Yoga!

I am thrilled to share all of these offerings from yoga studios, gyms and wellness centers.  Here are a few practical, blissful and fun gifts for the yogi on your Holiday List.

All yoga practitioners want more classes and something to wear at those classes. Get a gift card.  Most gift cards can be purchased on-line or over the phone in any denomination.  A gift card can be used for class card packages, and most boutique items including clothes, yoga mats, candles, music, props, chai tea and like-minded specialty items. Often gift cards can be used toward workshops and trainings too.  (confirm with studio of choice)

Happy & Healthy Hips Workshop with Alison McCue on Sunday, December 11th at 1-3pm for $35.  Opening the hips not only feels incredible, but also releases anxiety & tension, frees the low back and knees of pain, and boosts our immune system.  Pre-registration is encouraged.

KARUNA SHALA

This intimate yoga and bodywork studio is located in Glen Ridge on 855 Bloomfield Avenue.  It is on the 2nd floor in the Arcade Building, across the street from Fitzgerald’s 1928.
