Xen Strength Yoga Launches a New DVD on December 14th

Cannot get to a class, bring Xen Strength Yoga home with this new DVD. For one week only, receive Bonuses with purchase.

Like many yogis, I worked out at gyms with weights.  Then I discovered yoga and practiced in both gyms and yoga studios.

Danielle Diamond, a Montclair yoga teacher, smashed them together in a program called Xen Strength Yoga.  The program combines a creative yoga flow with light weights to provide a transformational workout designed to sculpt, lengthen, and challenge every major muscle group.

Next week you can bring Xen Strength Yoga home.  The DVD, with Bonuses, will be launched on December 14th.

The Xen Strength Yoga program includes the Five Elements of Fitness:  flexibility, strength, balance, core strength and cardio bursts.  This fitness fusion was designed for students who feel the need to strength train after a yoga class.  Xen Strength Yoga targets the places where we hold the most stress:  the hips, low back and shoulders.  The program increases bone density, mental focus, endurance, helps prevent obesity, and more.

After attending a Monday 9:30am class at Garden State Yoga in Bloomfield, Danielle and I sat down.  She told me, "My yoga practice was not enough for me, my practice needed more."

Xen Strength Yoga was inspired out of Danielle's frustrations with not having enough time to do yoga, strength train, and get in a cardio workout.  She says, "I looked for something that combined these elements of fitness, but had no luck, so I decided to design my own program."

Are you one of those students who shies away from yoga because of the philosophy and spirituality?  Danielle says, "I take my practice of all 8 Limbs of Yoga seriously - but I'm not a preacher, so if you're just here to get a yoga butt, I'm cool with that.  This is my exercise, not my yoga practice.  A student will not get enlightened with Xen Strength Yoga."

"Danielle is one of a kind.  She lights up a room and has great energy.  Her classes are terrific and her new technique incorporating weights with yoga is genius."  Bobbi Brown, Founder and CEO Bobbi Brown Cosmetics.

I agree, Danielle is a special yoga teacher with many gifts.  Xen Strength Yoga is one path to share her gifts.

To order the Xen Strength Yoga DVD and receive Free Bonuses including a 12-page pose guide and some delicious book excerpts visit www.xenstrength.com.  Launching December 14th, for one week only, available exclusively from the Xen Strength website you will receive Free Bonuses with the purchase of either a physical copy, or the downloadable version.

Would you like to experience Xen Strength Yoga in person?  You can find Danielle teaching at Garden State Yoga (www.gardenstateyoga.com) in Bloomfield and  3 Sixty Cycling Studio (http://3sixtycyclingstudio.com) in Montclair. Check websites for class schedules.

Danielle is celebrating this new venture and looking forward with a Xen Strength Yoga Teacher Training and a book with The Zone Diet author Dr. Barry Sears.

Xen Strength Yoga makes you work, targets the entire body, gets you to sweat and Danielle always has an inspiring, slightly hip hop playlist.  My arms are ripped, wanna see?
