Vegan Restaurant Opening in Montclair
Mundo Vegan will serve up vegan dishes with a Spanish flair.
After months of anticipation, vegan food lovers will get to try Mundo Vegan in Montclair very soon.
The 20 Church Street restaurant is scheduled to open this week, according to a blog on New Jersey Monthly.
Owners Fanny Fuentes-Phalon and Tracey Phalon were testing out the ovens Sunday when they Tweeted the photo of freshly made tortillas shown above.
The all-vegan restaurant with a Spanish influence will focus on quality organic, non-GMO, palm-oil free foods.
