On Sunday, July 22, 2012, Brian Andrew Schiavetti, 21, of Ridgefield, Connecticut passed away unexpectedly.

Brian was born on February 10, 1991.  In addition to his loving parents, Diane Schiavetti of Ridgefield and Francis X. Schiavetti of Delray Beach, Florida, he is survived by his sister, Jennifer Stockburger, brothers, Anthony and Stephen, maternal grandparents, Edward and Jacqueline Goin of Brookfield, and paternal grandparents, Anthony and Geraldine Schiavetti of Delray Beach.  Brian was also loved immensely by his many aunts, uncles, cousins, and his little niece Karalina and nephews Mason, Samuel, and Nathan.  His family and countless heartbroken friends whose lives Brian touched will forever remember this loving, compassionate young man.

Brian graduated from Ridgefield High School in 2009. He played lacrosse and football, and enjoyed snowboarding, swimming, and water sports.  Brian attended the Villanova University School of Business, and was scheduled to graduate in 2013.  He spent this summer studying at John Cabot University in Rome, Italy.  Brian loved music, sports, and travel, but he loved his family and his friends above all else.  He brought life into every room into which he walked with his positive outlook and gentle nature.  He was always quick with a kind word, and was ever there for his friends and family.  Brian will be forever loved and missed.

Calling hours will take place on Wednesday, July 25th from 4:00 through 8:00 p.m. at Saint Mary’s Parish Hall, 183 High Ridge Road, Ridgefield.  A funeral mass will take place on Thursday July 26that 10:15 am with Monsignor Lawrence Bronkiewicz presiding, also in the parish hall.
