Dog left in car
A Montclair couple left a dog in a car - not just to run to the store, but TO GO TO CHURCH. They seemed to think this was OK. Cops did not even give them a ticket (it was 84 degrees out, dog was in car for over 30 minutes), just left a note on their windshield. !
