No Speakerphone while driving in Montclair

State Prosecutor interprets law (that allows for initiating calls on a phone with internal hands-free function or external hands-free device) to mean you CANNOT initiate calls on speakerphone.  Cop says you must have Bluetooth. Appellate court has found to the contrary but that'd require actually going to trial to argue precedent and evidence.  Be forewarned.
