Part-time flex jobs?

I am undergoing medical treatment which does not allow me to work on a full time basis...but I still want to work...if I can do work from home.  I am a top level administrative person with excellent computer skills, writing ability, good financial acumen..even payroll expertise.  I want to work...but do businesses really utilize virtual administrators?
