sidewalks

I received a 100dollars fine for allegedly not clearing my sidewalk from the snow. I feel this is so outrageous not only because it is not true (It was not perfect but the snow was removed), but the town should take into consideration the unusual circumstances we had with one storm after another, it is impossible to have a perfect sidewalk. But what bothers me the most is: how dare this town has the
 audacity to give tickets when it did not clean its own streets and left some roads totally unplowed for days. Perhaps I should be entitled to give the town a ticket!
Montclair township has only one mission in mind: to suck out as much money as possible from its own residents.
