Resolution #2, dealing with which organizations will get money from the Federal Grant Process that is administered by the County, "mysteriously" is missing a hot link that would tell people WHICH organizations are to get money this year. It is the only missing hot link. It is also one of the most controversial issues in town each year as worthy non-profits try to secure funds to assure their continuation. Frustrating, but not surprising, that this data is missing. Also, can't help but pointing out that "public comment" is BEFORE the vote on this Resolution. This way the public can comment on an issue they do not have the information to comment on. It is not a trivial amount of money. Ranges in the $500K range.
