Fourth Ward Councilwoman Baskerville to Host Community Meeting

Fourth Ward Councilor Renee Baskerville will host a community meeting on Tuesday, July 29, at 7:00 p.m. in the multi-purpose room at Fire Headquarters, 1 Pine Street, Montclair. 

Dr. Baskerville has invited representatives from HackensackUMC Mountainside to discuss their strategic plans for expansion in the community and the potential impact that the expansions may have. This is the best opportunity for residents and business owners to learn about the plans and ask questions.

Other agenda items include:

• A presentation of a proposed Pleasant Avenue development
• Montclair Township Unified Land Use and Circulation Element (including recommendations for various Fourth Ward neighborhoods)
• Public Safety Matters
• Nishuane Water Well - follow up and water conservation efforts
• Street Paving and Milling
