Council Takes Control of CentroVerde's Affordable Housing Units

The township council will have sole discretion over where Montclair Center Gateway Project’s affordable housing units will end up.  

The vacant building that formally housed Luna Stage is getting an upgrade. 

The Planning Board approved a proposal Monday night that will add another floor onto the two-story brick building. The additional restoration will “totally restore the building ... both the interior and exterior,” said architect and planner for the developer Paul Sionas.

Will Restoration of Former Luna Stage Set Precedent for Future Building Projects?

The proposal to restore the former Luna Stage building will bring more than just a third-floor addition, but something the board has “almost never seen before,” said Board President John Wynn.
