School of Rock Montclair's Winter Concerts: Scorching Sounds To Heat Up Your Weekends
School of Rock Montclair will present a series of weekend concerts in January and February, including tributes to Queen, Jack White, Rush, Eric Clapton, and hip hop/r&b.
School of Rock Montclair will present five concerts on Saturdays and Sundays through the end of January into the second week of February. The concerts include “Tribute To Queen”, “All Things Jack White”, “Best of Rush”, “The Cream of Clapton”, and “Hip Hop and R&B”.
All five of these two-hour shows will feature students in School of Rock Montclair’s Performance Program, who have been rehearsing their repertoires since September ‘12.
“Whatever your taste in music, you’ll love the amazing shows that our students have put together,” says Phil Silverberg, general manager of School of Rock Montclair. “Classic rockers will be wowed by our tributes to Queen, Rush, and Eric Clapton. Fans of alternative and modern rock will enjoy our take on the biggest hits of Jack White, including his work with White Stripes, the Raconteurs, and the Dead Weather. For those who like to groove, we’ll be taking on some of the hottest hip hop and r&b jams.”
