Montclair Schools Fire Network Admin
Official action was taken against Alan Benezra at a school board meeting on Monday.
The Montclair Board of Education fired its network administrator, Alan Benezra, according to a report published Friday.
A 6-1 vote was cast to remove Benezra at a BOE meeting Monday, according to The Montclair Times, with board member David Cummings standing alone against the measure that was tucked into a personnel report.
Benezra hadn't been working as a network administrator to the BOE since December, according to prior reports.
Board President Robin Kulwin didn't tell The Montclair Times the terms of Benezra's termination nor clarify the grounds for his dismissal.
