Montclair baseball dropped a Monday game against Newark Academy at Fortunato Field.
The township team fell 8-4 versus Newark’s “timely hitting, aggressive base running and standout relief pitching,” according to nj.com.
Montclair, which fell to a dismal 1-8 record, is scheduled to play at home against Seton Hall Prep on Wednesday.
