Yogi Berra Museum Hosts 'America's Roadshow'

"Antique Roadshow" for sports memorabilia comes to museum on Sept. 21.

Wondering what those old baseball cards are worth? Have an autograph hidden away in the attic? 

Bring your sports memorabilia to the Yogi Berra Museum & Learning Center on Saturday, Sept. 21, from noon to 4 p.m., for "America’s Roadshow.” 

Robert Edward Auctions (REA) will provide free appraisals of visitors’ items. up to three items per person.

The event is sponsored by Maryland-based Collectibles Insurance Services, which will have staff on hand to discuss insurance needs with owners.

James Spence Authentication (JSA) will also be available to authenticate and certify signed items related to sports, history and pop culture.

Visitors will also have the opportunity to hold game-used bats for a fee used by such baseball legends as Mickey Mantle, Ted Williams, Derek Jeter and Jackie Robinson.

Topps Trading Cards sketch artist Brett Farr will be displaying his artwork and providing free sketches of renowned athletes with a purchase from Historic Pen Editions.

The appraisal service is free (three items per person) with regular admission to the Museum.
