Four Deals For The 4th Of July

1) In honor of the Fourth of July holiday, will Wash & Fold any AMERICAN FLAG for FREE!!! Just bring it in and they will do the rest.

2) at 30 Park Street is hosting a special Fourth of July BBQ lunch starting at 11:30 a.m. on July 4. A price has yet to be set, but there will most likely be hamburgers and hot dogs served outside on the patio.  

3) Little Shoebox at 602 Valley Road in Upper Montclair is offering 25 percent off selected styles of shoes this week. (Just down the street, is open from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. today, July 3, and is offering a wide range of Fourth of July goodies—red, white, and blue cookies, cupcakes, and whoopie pies.)

4) Finally,  at 18 Lackawanna Plaza wants to honor local police and firefighters this month and so is offering all local police and firerighters a free month of unlimited yoga in gratitude for all they do to serve the community. In a released statement, Evolution Hot Yoga said that "Independence Day reminds us all to be grateful for the freedom afforded us by those who work to protect our community on a daily basis, and July is the perfect month to offer this gift to those who work for our safety. Our classes help to simultaneously strengthen and calm both the body and mind, and we are excited to extend these benefits to our community providers. If you are a local firefighter or police officer, we hope to see you sweating it out in the studio soon! Simply come to our studio anytime through July to redeem your free month of yoga."
