Fed up by the destructive antics of Robin Kulwin & the Montclair BOE? Here's what we must do!

ATTEND THE CITY COUNCIL MEETING ON TUESDAY NIGHT, DECEMBER 10!

(The meeting begins 7PM in the Council Chambers, Municipal Building, 205 Claremont Avenue, but call to find out when the public session gets started:  973-744-1400)

We all know that voicing our frustrations at BOE meetings, though crucial, is met with blank stares, evasive responses (if they have any), and a choreographed parade of their most avid supporters.

BUT, a Council meeting is a whole different thing, and here’s how to approach it:

DO…

Find out what's happening in Montclairwith free, real-time updates from Patch.

  • Share your anger about the wasteful spending of taxpayer money by Kulwin and the BOE!
  • Express your disgust over the Kulwin-approved unlawful subpoenas that are meant to harass critics of BOE policies and actions!

DON’T…

Bring up the Common Core, assessment tests, or ANYTHING education-related.  Those are board matters, and the Council will not address these issues.

And most importantly…

DEMAND THAT THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL PROVIDE OVERSIGHT OF THE BOE’S RECKLESS SPENDING AND HARMFUL BEHAVIOR!!!  KULWIN AND THE BOARD ARE CLEARLY OUT OF CONTROL, AND A REPRIMAND, CORRECTION, AND POSSIBLE FIRINGS ARE ESSENTIAL IN ORDER TO END THE DAMAGE THAT KULWIN AND THE BOE ARE DOING TO OUR COMMUNITY!

On a separate but important note: THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH for your incredible support.  Your kind wishes are massively appreciated.  Thanks also to the ACLU, which is doing an amazing job defending my, and by extension, all of our rights!
