Why are BOE president Robin Kulwin’s documents posted on Gobookee.com?

A quick search of Gobookee.com, the site that’s the recipient of the allegedly breached Common Quarterly Assessment tests, reveals a number of documents that seem to have been posted by Robin Kulwin, the president of Montclair’s Board of Education (see above image).

Questions about the existence of these documents on Gobookee include:
  • When were they uploaded?
  • Why are they there?
  • Did Ms. Kulwin upload them, or were they phished by Gobookee?
  • If phished by Gobookee, is the nefarious “security breach” being investigated by the BOE and their retained attorney Mark Tabakin the result of a very sloppy technical error that was accidentally caused by someone at Central Office?

If these and other Central Office documents were uploaded by mistake, shouldn’t Tabakin call off his very expensive witch hunt – uh, we mean investigation – and instead seek to discover how to prevent such an unintentional tech gaffe in the future?

(Speaking of Tabakin, at the special public BOE meeting of 11/1, he said that if the Montclair Police step into the investigation, he would step out.  So what’s the status of the police investigationHas it begun?  And if so, when?  If the police are now involved, has Tabakin truly stepped out – and has he also stopped billing the district for his investigative services?

Oh, and in terms of the bill, what’s the current fee up to for Tabakin’s investigation?  And what are the findings???)
