White-Out T-Shirts on Sale, Flu Vaccines Available, Mesob Marks Ethiopian New Year

The Montclair Township Council will hold a regular meeting in the Council Chambers, Municipal Building, 205 Claremont Ave., at 7:30 p.m.

Celebrate Enkutatash, an important New Year festival for Ethiopian Orthodox Christians, at Mesob Ethiopian Restaurant in Montclair. Mesob will host its annual all you can eat buffet on Wednesday, Sept. 11.

The Montclair Health Department will hold a free Adult Vision Screening on Thursday, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The NJ Commission for the Blind and Visually Impaired will screen participants for visual acuity and glaucoma. To make an appointment, call 973-509-4970.

Flu vaccines are in. The township's health department will hold the first flu shot clinic on Thursday, from 9 to 11:30 a.m., at the Montclair Municipal Building, 205 Claremont Ave.
