What's happening this week in Montclair.

Montclair's Super Bowl Restaurant Week continues through Feb. 2, with special lunch and dinner deals at dozen of participating restaurants

In addition to Restaurant Week, numerous Big Game events and activities are taking place in and around Montclair, a Super Bowl host town, this week. See our Super Bowl XLVIII guide here.

The Montclair Planning Board convenes Monday, at 7:30 p.m. On the agenda: a review of the revised draft of the controversial section of the Master Plan dealing with land use and circulation.

What is the Amistad mandate and why does it matter? There will be a discussion in the Charles H. Bullock School Auditorium on Tuesday, at 7:30 p.m. 

The Montclair Township Council will meet Tuesday at 7 p.m. The agenda includes a public hearing on an ordinance designating the Montclair Heights Reformed Church on Mt. Hebron Road as a historic landmark. See full agenda here.

There will be a job fair for seasonal positions at Essex County Turtle Back Zoo in the Essex County South Mountain Recreation Complex on Thursday, from 4 to 6:30 p.m.
