The Montclair Health Department will hold a seminar on antibiotic overuse and misuse on Tuesday at noon in the Municipal Building.

The Montclair Education Association will host a Town Hall Meeting on Wednesday at 5 p.m. at the Montclair Art Museum. The keynote speaker is Dr. Walter Farrell.

Cancelled due to lack of participation. Montclair will hold its first Trunk-or-Treat on Thursday, Halloween.

Also on Halloween, the Upper Montclair Business Association is sponsoring their “A Hoot of a Halloween in Uptown” event. Take a look around at all the fun windows and hunt down the more than 29 businesses that will have their jack-o-lantern signs showing that their locations are giving out treats!
