Parking Lot or Park? Planning Board to Decide

The Montclair Planning Board will meet Monday at 7:30 p.m. at the Municipal Building, 205 Claremont Ave. The board is expected to make a decision on whether to accept a deal with developers to give two stories of air rights in exchange for a public park.
