Premiere Dance Theater of Montclair Presents, 'Trailblazers'

Join this Montclair-based dance theater as they celebrate and give thanks to African-American trailblazers.

As their 22nd-year performance, Premiere Dance Theater presents “Trailblazers, An Homage to Those African Americans Who Did So That We Could.”

Throughout the show, dances will be performed that pay homage to many of the important African-American men and women that have worked to change history.

Some of the historical figures that will be acknowledged include President Barack Obama, George Washington Carver, Judith Jamison, Langston Hughes, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and Oprah Winfrey.
