What I find offensive is the blood gang members blissfully chilling in front of the 'NO LOITERING' sign and camera by the ghetto looking chinese store (which I also find offensive) next to the dry cleaners in the Southend. Please replace this dingy eye sore with a bakery or coffee shop. I find it offensive that I cannot get a cup of coffee on Orange Rd in the morning. There are several … more ›
