A 4th Ward community meeting will be held Tuesday, April 23, from 7 to 9 p.m. in Montclair Fire Department Headquarters, at 1 Pine St. The meeting will include discussion about revitalization efforts for the Southend Village Shopping Area, Southend Business Improvement District, Montclair's 30-year Master Plan, and changes and developments in the southend. What I find offensive is the blood gang members blissfully chilling in front of the 'NO LOITERING' sign and camera by the ghetto looking chinese store (which I also find offensive) next to the dry cleaners in the Southend. Please replace this dingy eye sore with a bakery or coffee shop. I find it offensive that I cannot get a cup of coffee on Orange Rd in the morning. There are several … more ›
