Bomb Threat at Montclair High School on Tuesday
The threat was made in a Twitter message, school officials said.
[Updated: 3:55 p.m.] A bomb threat referencing Montclair High School prompted the evacuation of students and faculty around 2 p.m. Tuesday. The threat had been issued in a Twitter message earlier in the day and authorities were immediately notified, according to Superintendent Penny MacCormack's office. "The evacuation was ordered by the Montclair Police Department and school officials after a threat against the school was discovered in a twitter message," read the statement.
