After obtaining her real estate license at the beginning of 2004, Martha hit the ground running, achieving 4 million in residential sales that first year. Martha delivers excellent service to her clients, drawing on her work experience as a middle school guidance counselor in Brooklyn and real world experience as a transplanted Southerner paying her own way through college and graduate school, a mother, and the wife of a partner in a law firm.

Martha moved to Montclair from Park Slope Brooklyn in 1997 with her husband and son when it was a buyer's market in Montclair and a seller's market in Park Slope. They were looking for a NYC suburb with good schools and a decent commute.  With a plethora of inventory to choose from, Martha had the innate wisdom to find a diamond in the rough, buying a sweet house hidden under sensible aluminum siding.  They have never regretted their decision to move to Montclair. Martha has served as  Co-Chair of the West Essex Board of Realtors Community Service Committee for several years, was Treasurer of the Major Joseph Bloomfield Chapter of the Daughters of the Revolution and is the newly elected Chapter Regent, and is currently a member of Temple Ner Tamid in Bloomfield.
