Valid question David, I apologize for not being more clear. My efficiency reference is to making your morning routine more efficient, not making your light bulbs more efficient with electricity.
To quote the article, "Good lighting can increase the speed and accuracy of these tasks, while bad lighting can do the opposite."
My apologies for the confusion but thank you for bringing up the energy efficiency of LED's versus incandescent bulbs!

Definitely, Matt! I use a tool called Wunderlist (it's a web/mobile/computer app) which is great for keeping your to do list organized and with you at all times. It's got easy drag and drop for lists and dates so you can set your to do list ahead of time and be ready for the day when you open it up.
