'Shop For a Cause' in Montclair Center Saturday

Businesses have chosen charities near and dear to their hearts to help support on Small Business Saturday, Nov. 30.

Montclair Center merchants and restaurants are inviting the community to "Shop for a Cause" on the second of its Festive Saturdays.

Businesses have chosen charities near and dear to their hearts to help support on Saturday, Nov. 30., aka Small Business Saturday. 

Shops will offer special incentives or serve as donation drop-off sites.

The charities range from local organizations like Toni's Kitchen or the Human Needs Food Pantry to international charities like World Cares or Red Cross' Hurricane Typhoon Haiyan Relief Fund.

Upcoming Saturdays will have the following themes:
  • Dec. 7 Take Your Kids to Shop Day
  • Dec. 14 Homecoming — College Promotion Day
  • Dec. 21 Last Minute Shopper's Day

Two-hour free parking at bagged meters begins on Friday, Dec. 6.

Festive Saturdays are made possible by the Montclair Center Business Improvement District (BID).
